Lunfa Vermu Rosso

The first high-end Argentine Vermouth has its origins in Buenos Aires. This Torino-style ‘Rosso’ with a new-world stamp is innovative and modern. Made with the richness of the Argentine soil, Torrentes grapes are grown 5,900 feet above sea level in the Cafayate Region then mixed with 25 botanicals to create the perfect balance of sweet and bitter, characterized by floral and citrus aromas, spicy notes, and a round and persistent mouthfeel, that no other word can describe other than luxurious. Perfect neat or up, on the rocks or in upscale cocktails.

Sensei Bourbon Aged Malbec

The Master

We all have a Sensei in our lives; that friend who, without the need to say a word, takes us by the hand to lead us to discover new worlds. He is the axis around which all plans seem to happen, and the facilitator of unique and inimitable experiences.

He is the master of ceremonies

and at the same time it is the ceremony itself….

Sensei is more than just enjoying a glass of wine: it is a ceremony, a moment of pleasure and (dis)connection. It is appreciating the here and now, and discovering a new experience.

The Wine

Smooth, supple, and fruit-forward, part of the unique charm of Sensei is that it is aged in specially toasted ex-bourbon casks, which provides juicy red fruit and a unique smoky touch with aromas of tobacco and chocolate, to offer you an unparalleled sensory experience.

Sensei remains a fresh and friendly wine, ideal for enjoyment from the most experienced drinkers to those who are just starting out in the unique world of wine…

1915 Bacanora Blanco

The Story

For hundreds of years in the highlands of Sonora, Mexico, indigenous peoples have fermented the hearts of agaves to produce an intoxicating beverage. But, it wasn’t until the fifteenth century with the arrival of Jesuit missionaries and their knowledge of distilling spirits, that the magic of “Aguardiente de Bacanora” or Bacanora was born. However, in 1915, Mexico declared the production of Bacanora illegal and was outlawed for over 70 years until 1992.

The Process

Today, following both artisanal practices and using modern technology, 1915 Bacanora Blanco is produced to the most exacting standards in the eponymous town of Bacanora, Sonora. This combination of old and new methodologies allows master distiller, or Bacanorero, Don Julian to imbue this unique spirit with its refined smoothness and complex notes. 1915 Bacanora Blanco is made from 100% Angustifolia Haw agave which grows wild in the foothills of the Sierra Madre and is hand-picked by the locals of the small town of Bacanora, Sonora. The harsh conditions of this terrain gives the spirit its unique flavor and determines its rare and limited availability. The agave sugars are then coaxed from the heart of the agave plant utilizing an authentic stone-lined oven pit. The agave is then fermented, double-distilled, and expertly blended by its Master Bacanorero.

Almost clear in color, with gentle citrus and sweet agave aromas. Mid-palate is smooth, with a mineral base, warmth and spice. Complex and balanced. Finish is long, dry with a light smoked-nectar flavor.
